Remarks concerning database operation

Warning: for a successful work with this database it is recommended to use either Firefox, or Opera, or Chrome, or Safary type Internet browser; with Internet Explorer under Windows it may be operating INCORRECTLY.

For using the interactive graphic form of data representation the rather up-to-date versions of Internet browsers may be needed.

The control over information selection requests and launching of corresponding database communication programs on the server is provided at the client side with the use of JavaScript language whose interpretor must be switched on in the browser.

All time moments in the database are presented in accordance with Universal Time (UTC timezone).

The database has started to be filling since 1 January 2006.
